Where Does Hospice Happen?

HomeCare Hospice provides care in many contexts. The comfort and quality of life of our patients are our foremost concerns, so we bring our services to patients in their own homes or those of family members. We also provide care in nursing homes, group homes, and inpatient facilities. It is important that patients find themselves in familiar surroundings at this time of their lives, so at HomeCare Hospice we are flexible in where we provide care, but we are unflagging in our efforts to ease the transition from life to death for the patient and his or her family.
